LabHut happily accepts Visa and MasterCard payments. For smaller transactions of up to around £2000 or even more, it is often the most cost-effective means to pay for you and for us, plus you get credit terms from your card provider, extending the payment time even more.
For foreign transactions, the exchange rate charged by Visa and MasterCard is frequently better than you would obtain from a bank or foreign exchange service. When you buy from us, you pay the amount shown or quoted in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling), but you will automatially be billed in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate of the day.
LabHut will not actually take money from your credit card until we actually ship your order. First we will confirm delivery time, shipping amount (where appropriate) and confirm that all is in order before we ship. Only then will we process your payment. Unlike many websites who take your money and ship later, we will never do that - all part of our outstanding customer service.
This means that purchasing is quick and easy and risk free regardless of where you are physically located, making LabHut the supplier of choice for hundreds of organisations, both small and large.
Should you be uncomfortable to reveal your credit card detials online, then please call us directly and we will be pleased to take the details by phone or even fax, and process your card via our manual system in-house. Note - Never send your credit card details by email! Unfortunately a few people do, but this is insecure and can be dangerous and we do not encourage this.
Should you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please let us know and we will furnish the details on a pro-forma invoice. This is typically more cost effective for larger orders over around £2000, but can also be used for smaller orders if credit card payment is not an option.
UK customers can apply for an account with us and receive invoices for the goods that you purchase. Please note that our terms are strictly net 30 days. To apply for a credit account, please contact our accounts department.
